At My Home Tutor NCR, we provide ‘The Sigma Blueprint’ as a non-tangible, irrevocable digital asset. Because our products are digital files delivered via instant access or email, **we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations** once a purchase is confirmed and the digital link is generated.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our architectural manuals, all sales are final. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned” once the source code or content has been accessed. As such, we maintain a strict **No Refund** policy to protect our intellectual property.

By completing your purchase of ₹99, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a digital license and waive any right to a refund under the “Consumption of Digital Goods” clause of Indian IT and Consumer Law.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

As we do not offer refunds, this section applies only to technical billing errors (e.g., being charged twice for a single order). If a duplicate transaction occurs, please contact paras2vince@gmail.com within 24 hours with your transaction IDs for a correction of the overcharge.

SALE ITEMS

All items, including ‘The Sigma Blueprint’ and any promotional digital releases, are sold on an “as-is” basis and are exempt from refunds or returns.

EXCHANGES

We do not support exchanges. We only replace digital files if they are proven to be corrupted at the source. If you cannot open your file, we will issue a replacement copy of the same version. No exchanges for different products or store credits are permitted.

GIFTS

Digital assets purchased as gifts are subject to the same finality. Once the gift link is sent or accessed by the recipient, the transaction is considered fully executed and non-refundable.

SHIPPING RETURNS

There is no physical shipping involved in our operations. All products are delivered electronically. Consequently, we do not accept “return shipping” of any kind. Any attempt to “return” a digital file via hardware mail will not be processed and does not constitute a valid refund request.
