- Digital Delivery: Unlike physical goods, digital products (PDFs, Ebooks, and digital downloads) cannot be “returned.” Once you receive access to the download link or the file is delivered to your email, the sale is considered final.
- Exception: If you experience a technical issue with the file (e.g., the file is corrupted) and we are unable to provide a working copy after support intervention, we may, at our sole discretion, evaluate the situation.
